Itinerary
Depart Nairobi in the Morning to Samburu at the North rugged Semi desert region, through harsh contains some of the species rarely found elsewhere e.g. Reticulated giraffes, grevy’s zebra, kuchi, Beisa oryx’s, Somali Ostrich, genenuk, vulturine, guinea fowl among others. Arrive in time for lunch afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at
HESHIMA TENTED CAMP.
Full day in Samburu with morning and afternoon game drive, optional visit to Samburu villages. Meals and overnight at
HESHIMA TENTED CAMP.
Pre-breakfast game drive, after breakfast depart for Ol pejeta arriving in time for lunch. The conservancy is home to both the Big Five and the Special Five (Grevy's Zebra, Rothschild Giraffe, Besia Oryx, Somali Ostrich, and Gerenuk), the conservancy offers a fantastic game drive experience the likes of which you won't be able to find elsewhere.
There are then a variety of activities that visitors can choose from for their afternoon such as lion tracking, visiting the chimpanzee sanctuary, visiting Baraka, the blind black rhino, or exploring the Education Centre.
Dinner and overnight stay at Sweetwaters lodge
Start your day with a morning game drive to see the conservancy's residents in a different light.Alternatively, you may wish to try one of the activities or wildlife experiences offered in the conservancy Return for lunch after game drive. After lunch depart from the conservancy for Nairobi to arrive early in evening
